By accessing, browsing, or using any IBRAM website, platform, or service — including but not limited to ibram.org, certification portals, and the accreditation management system — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing or using our services. Your continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
IBRAM provides the following services (collectively, the "Services"):
IBRAM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
To apply for IBRAM certification or accreditation, you must:
IBRAM reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse, suspend, or revoke services where eligibility criteria are not met.

IBRAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are inactive for an extended period.
5.1 Award of Credentials. IBRAM credentials are awarded solely at IBRAM's discretion, based on satisfactory completion of all program requirements. Payment of fees does not guarantee award of any credential.
5.2 Validity and Renewal. All credentials are subject to validity periods and renewal requirements as specified in the relevant program documentation. Lapsed credentials must not be represented as current.
5.3 Misrepresentation. Any misrepresentation of IBRAM credentials, including claiming credentials not held or using expired credentials, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
5.4 Revocation. IBRAM reserves the right to revoke any credential at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the credential was obtained fraudulently, the holder has engaged in conduct incompatible with IBRAM's professional standards, or the holder has materially breached these Terms.
5.5 Fees. Application, examination, and certification fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of application. All fees are subject to the applicable fee schedule published on the IBRAM website.
All content, materials, and intellectual property on IBRAM platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, course content, clinical standards, examination materials, and software — are owned by IBRAM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use such content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of IBRAM services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any IBRAM content without prior written consent.
The IBRAM name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the International Board of Regenerative & Aesthetic Medicine. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Your use of IBRAM services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
For the Verification Registry, certain professional information (name, credential type, status, and credential number) may be publicly accessible to allow healthcare consumers and employers to verify professional credentials. You consent to such publication as a condition of holding an IBRAM credential.
You agree not to use IBRAM services to:
IBRAM services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBRAM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
IBRAM does not warrant that: (a) services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the website or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or (d) any information on the website is accurate, complete, or current.
Clinical practice standards and guidelines published by IBRAM are intended as professional references only and do not constitute medical advice. IBRAM accepts no liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on such materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IBRAM, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
IBRAM's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IBRAM in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate access to IBRAM services at any time. IBRAM may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to IBRAM, other users, third parties, or the public interest.
Upon termination, your right to use IBRAM services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless IBRAM elects to seek relief in another jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce a judgment.
IBRAM reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. For material changes, IBRAM will endeavour to provide notice via the website or by email to registered users. Your continued use of IBRAM services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
