Application Requirements

All applicants must satisfy a core set of eligibility criteria before admission to any IBRAM certification program. Requirements vary by level.

Supporting documentation must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation. IBRAM reserves the right to request additional verification of any submitted credentials.

Applicants must hold a valid, current medical licence issued by the competent authority in their country of practice. The licence must be in good standing with no active disciplinary proceedings. Copies of the primary medical degree (MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent) are required alongside proof of registration.

For CAM: no minimum post-qualification experience is required, however applicants must be in current clinical practice. For DRAM: a minimum of two years of postgraduate clinical practice is required. For FRM: applicants must hold the DRAM credential and demonstrate at least five years of practice in regenerative or aesthetic medicine.

DRAM and FRM applicants must provide evidence of at least 20 hours of relevant CPD activity undertaken within the 24 months preceding their application. CPD must include a minimum of 10 hours of formal learning (accredited courses, conferences, or workshops) and may include structured self-study, case-based learning, or peer review activities.

All applicants are required to provide two professional references from registered medical practitioners who can attest to the applicant's clinical competence and professional character. For DRAM and FRM, at least one reference must be from a physician practicing in aesthetic or regenerative medicine. References must not be from a professional relation of the applicant.

Examinations and IBRAM communications are conducted in English. Applicants for whom English is not a primary language of professional practice must provide evidence of English proficiency, such as an IELTS Academic score of 7.0 or above (or equivalent), or confirmation of prior academic or professional qualification conducted primarily in English.
